Quilting Classes (by FFQ Members):
The following classes are taught by FFQ Members and offered at
Heavenly Stitches Quilt Shoppe in Kingsport, TN (please see website
below for updated class titles and dates, and to register)
Beginning in January 2012: Block/Technique-of-Month - Susan Lane
Based on Quilt in a Day® book It's Elementary, this series is geared
toward new/beginning quilters, but even experienced quilters can learn
new techniques and tricks. Held every 2nd Saturday with first session
on Jan. 14, and a 'repeat' first session offered on Jan. 28, if requested.
January 27, 2012: Dream Catcher Wall Hanging - John Plutchak
February 2012: Basic Machine Quilting - Susan Lane / John Plutchak
Intended for those new to Machine Quilting (see website above for date
and description)
February 2012: Free Motion Machine Quilting - John Plutchak
